Retail Sales Consultant

-Responsible for enhancing the overall in-store experience for customers by providing exceptional customer service, actively understanding their needs, making suitable apparel recommendations, and presenting alternative options when necessary.


-Work in alignment with company policies and participate in various marketing activities, including navy and SEO sales activities, to boost store performance.


-Maintain, replenish, and uphold the store's appearance in line with the brand image and established standards to create an inviting shopping environment.


-Conduct sales counting, verify goods stock levels, and compile the daily business report at the end of each business day.


-Ensure follow-ups with customers to inquire about product usage, as well as promoting ongoing and upcoming promotional activities through WhatsApp.


-Handle customer orders, promptly address inquiries, and efficiently manage general customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.


-Support company decisions and arrangements by demonstrating flexibility to temporarily or permanently work at or provide assistance to other stores and events as needed.

; Requirements:-


-Minimum 1 year sales experience is preferred, particularly in the fashion, bra or baby products market.


-Positive attitude, cheerful personality, willingness to take on challenges, and good learning ability are desirable.


-Candidates with parenting experience will be given priority, especially mothers.


-Mandarin speaking candidates is a plus.
