To provide excellent customer service to our customers at retail outlet and to achieve assigned sales targets.
To be an ambassador for the represented brand and portray a professional image consistent with established image guidelines.
To ensure best in the class of store and product management in terms of safety compliance, tidiness, and visual merchandising.
To demonstrate and explain merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Jewellery, fashion and beauty retail industry or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good sales presentation and customer service skills with a proven sales record.
Sales driven and result oriented.
Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.
Five (5) work days a week.
Product knowledge training.
