Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Create and maintain a retail culture focused on the customer, enhancing the buying experience and building relationships that lead to long-term business growth.
Achieve sales goals.
Positively affect profitability in the areas of customer service, sales, inventory/expense control, and risk management.
Implement visual merchandising standards and operational direction effectively.
Ensure that standards are followed, including floor sets, cleanliness, marketing, signage, and sales promotions.
Create impactful merchandise presentations and displays that maximize sales.
Welcome each customer into the store in a warm and sincere manner.
Spend quality time with customers, asking questions to learn about their needs and preferences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
Customer service and communication skills.
Ability to maintain inventory and organization; independent worker.
Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
No smoking or vaping to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.
5 working days per week with 2 rest days on weekdays.
Training will be provided.
Malaysian citizens only.
Salary range: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 + Commissions + Allowances + OT + EPF + SOCSO
