Retail Sales Specialist (New Opening@ Sunshine Mall)

Job ResponsibilityEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers' needs.
Explain, provide appropriate recommendations, and perform demonstrations on the features of the products to the customers.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Achieve sales targets and ensure outlet stock accuracy.
Perform daily operation tasks such as sales reports, stock take, etc.
Comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job RequirementsMinimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Aggressive in sales, with a customer service focus.
Friendly, self-motivated, confident, and sales-driven.
