Job Requirement:
Experience in the fine jewelry or retail industry, preferably in a managerial role
Strong sales and customer service skills
Knowledge of fine jewelry and trends
Ability to train and motivate staff
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising
Understanding of financial and sales reports
Leadership and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
