-Take a lead role in customer service and product display.
-Play an integral part in contributing to outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service.
-Assisting in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness.
-Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
-Handle cash transactions between customers and retail stores.
-Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location.
-Help stock shelves in the proximity.
-Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records. Must be good in handling documentation process.
-Responsible for monitoring store activities, keeping track of sales performance, and managing the daily operations of the stores including the team members.
-Responsible for dealing with customer inquiries and complaints and provide assistance to subordinates if needed.
-Monitor subordinates' performances to ensure they are aligned with the company's standard.
-Responsible to manage and create the schedule for the staffs to ensure sufficient manpower arrangement.
-Be critical in finding a solution to solve any problems or in any ad-hoc situations.
-Liaise with other departments for work-related matters to ensure a smooth process and communication.
-Responsible to report to the management regarding any issues related to the store, staffs and etc.
-Conduct training to new or existing members to comply with the company's procedure accordingly.
-Responsible to provide continuous effective training to retain retail talents with a vast experience.
