Job Description
Sales Management:
Understand and achieve monthly sales targets and support sales operations effectively.
Store Management:
Handle daily process of opening and closing stores.
Ensure store maintenance (cleanliness, sufficient store display on shelf, shelf display maintenance) and achieve feedback on-site.
Product Management:
Manage product inventories in & out from warehouse, stock inventory management, check product expiry/validity date, handle product defects, and trial/sample packs.
Replenish stocks.
Service Management:
Ensure customer service satisfaction, cashiering/check-out counter service.
Handle customer complaints.
Familiar with merchandising display standards and perform display adjustments.
Operation Management:
Ensure daily cash and small notes management.
Ensure accuracy of invoices/receipts & cashiering.
Ensure customer service satisfaction, cashiering/check-out counter service.
Handle customer complaints.
Requirements:
SPM & above / Working experience in fast fashion/supermarket/retail stores/shopping mall preferred.
Pleasant, presentable, cheerful, good communication skills, and responsible.
Able to accept 3 rotating shifts (subject to outlet operation hours) (6 working days, 1 rest day on weekday).
Good sense of service and familiar with basic computer operations.
Immediate start preferred.
Fully work at retail stores.
