Join Avelon as aRetail Supervisor , an essential assistant to our Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations. You'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, setting a positive example for the retail team, and stepping in to manage staff and resolve disputes when needed. Adaptability and independence are key as you support the smooth operation of the pharmacy, while maintaining an aggressive, sales-oriented mindset to drive results and achieve targets.
Here are some of the daily tasks involved:
Retail Operation Supervision:Oversee daily retail sales and operations, ensuring smooth workflows.
Maintain records of sales figures and monitor staff performance.
Motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
Monitor shelf stock, product displays, pricing, and the overall appearance of the retail space.
Handle product ordering and ensure optimal inventory levels.
Train and schedule staff members, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and standards.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Provide basic health screening and advice on health, nutrition, and product needs.
Respond to customer inquiries and offer after-sales service.
Cross-sell healthcare products and contribute to retail sales strategies.
