Retail Training Specialist

Responsibilities include conducting in-store and classroom training.- Product knowledge & product demonstration skill, working on customizing and/ or localizing training materials, and evaluating results after each training session.- Conduct field coaching to the retail team on product, skill & service protocols.- Work closely with Marketing Manager and Pharmacist to identify efficiency, processes, and challenges with team members and recommend ways to overcome and improve overall store and staff performance.- Maintaining optimum, upscale brand image by monitoring staff customer service skills, consultation, grooming, makeup, and store cleanliness.- Store visits to observe customer purchase behavior's, coach, and motivate team members at Point Of Sales to ensure the product information, sales pitch, and selling journey are effectively carried out.- Complete relevant training reports and provide input and feedback on training materials, coaching methods, and tools.- To guide and coach in all virtual consultation skill sets and live-streaming activities in stores.**Job Requirement**:- **Product knowledge**: Basic health and supplement knowledge- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from the retails sector.- Degree or Diploma in respective field.- **Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.**:- Self-driven, positive, pro-active, highly motivated individual and able to meet deadlines.Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
