As a full-time Retail Watch Promoter, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our premium range of watches to customers in our retail store.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through our product range to find the perfect watch to suit their needs
Maintaining an organised and visually appealing product display to showcase our watches
Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement with customers
Assisting with store operations and inventory management as required
Participating in product training sessions to stay up-to-date with our latest collections
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
Previous 2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the watch or luxury goods industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers; Preferred Mandarin speaking
A passion for the watch industry and a keen eye for detail
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers
Confident in handling cash and transaction processing
Passionate about social media or TikTok sharing to attract potential customers
A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
