Retreat Operation Assistant

Requirements:- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in hotel/resort industry and in management level.- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the brand and company's policies. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning and directing activities/ events; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.- Liaises and work closely with related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.- Able to handles day-to-day correspondences on behalf of the Resort Manager.- Review and assist Resort Manager to follow up on works related / guests review / feedback to maintain service standard at all times.- Good communication skills.- Self discipline and independence.- Able to Stay In at retreat.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Night shift- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Experience**:- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
