About the roleAs aRevenue Executiveat Kindness of Strangers, you will play a crucial role in optimising revenue and driving the financial success of our hospitality operations in our properties - LOKL Coffee, KLoe Hotel & the upcoming Market House Hotel.
This full-time position requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics to ensure we maximise our profitability.
You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to the continuous improvement of our revenue management practices.
What you'll be doingData Collection and Analysis:
Collect and consolidate data from various sources (PMS, POS, OTAs, Channel Manager, etc.)
for KLoe Hotel, LOKL Coffee, and Market House.
Create and maintain revenue dashboards using Google Looker Studio (or similar tools) to visualize key metrics.
Analyze data to benchmark actual performance against projections (budget) for revenue, top-selling items, customer demographics, etc.
Develop and maintain guidelines and FAQs for revenue strategy implementation.
Monitor the execution of revenue strategies and track their effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to optimize revenue performance.
Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:
Generate reports on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer and guest behavior patterns.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
Partner Management:
Attend revenue meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with OTAs and other partners.
Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information across all online channels (website, social media, OTAs, etc.).
Loyalty Program Management:
Oversee the Kindness of Strangers Loyalty program.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement loyalty program strategies.
What we're looking for
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Tableau)
Knowledge of the hospitality and F&B industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
