ResponsibilitiesLiaise with Channel Heads and KAMs to create and manage monthly accrual in Vistex (system).
Perform reconciliation report to Finance to ensure all accrual reflected in the system.
Perform adjustment for actualization, top-up/true up and closure.
Involve and lead the monthly TMLV meeting.
Analyze the trade investment movement.
Communicate the final report to all stakeholders.
Liaise with IT for any system related issues.
Other ad-hoc reports and administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager from time to time.
The experience we're looking forDiploma/Degree from a recognized university/college.
Experience in SAP and MS Office application (strong knowledge especially in MS Excel).
Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and reporting skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Added advantage if applicant can commence work on immediate basis.
