Operations at foodpanda aims to improve our customer offering by bringing efficiency and improvements through a data-centric approach.
This position reports to the Manager, Rider Payment Rules.Key member of the operations vertical and support driving growth in alignment with the country/organizational strategyExecute projects with the local and the global team to their maximum potentialTake ownership of operations excellence improvement initiatives that strengthen our relationships with customers, vendors and ridersWork with cross functional teams to ensure that Operations is always aligned with the larger vision of the organizationHands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solution to our daily operational issueWork with the operations team to strategize on incentives and payments for Delivery PartnersQualificationsWho are we looking for?You love data and numbersBachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Actuarial Science, Economics or Business2-3 years of relevant experience with preferably at least 1-2 years of work experience in high growth startups or tech companiesHands-on in SQL (Python is an add-on)Flexible and fast learner and able to adapt to fast-paced environmentsYou are no stranger to working under pressure, for quick deadlinesOpen-minded and eager to learn even the most minimal detail of the businessWilling to question the status quo and contribute to ideas when neededAttention to detail and focused on producing quality workA dynamic personality.
