Job Description Monitor compliance with Key Performance Indicators and Objectives & Targets, including regular reporting and follow ups with key stakeholders (Client Care, Commission Delivery App, Risk Management, audits, other assurance activities etc.).
Provide support to the Risk & Assurance Director and Associate Director.
Liaison between Risk & Assurance function and Operations.
Maintain Asia Risk & Assurance documents and records.
Provide administrative support to the Asia Risk & Assurance (meeting scheduling, training scheduling, documents update, follow up with operations) Process manual Client Care uploads.
Monitor compliance with annual Risk, Ethics and Compliance declarations, Director declarations.
Monitor completion of mandatory Risk, Compliance, Ethics trainings.
Assist with reviews and updates of compliance and assurance related templates and processes / procedures.
Qualifications Business/ Finance/ Accounting degree is recommended but is not critical for the role, formal qualification can be achieved as part of career progression and development.
Internal auditor qualification (recommended but can be achieved as part of career progression and development).
3 years' experience working in admin support role, preferably with prior exposure to risk management/ compliance/ audit function or similar.
Attention to detail with analytical skills when working with a large volume of data Process thinking and eager to learn Good interpersonal and communication skills Familiar with Powerpoint, MS Word & Excel, PowerBI knowledge would be advantagous Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
