Job Responsibilities
-Help to promote and implement risk management process awareness and culture.
-Conduct research on risks, (including changes in the relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and industry standards) and analyse the applicability and relevancy to the organisation.
-Responsible for compiling and assessing the risks that can negatively impact the company.
-Responsible for compiling any incident information for root cause analysis.
-Regularly update and review risk register for all key units.
-Assist in developing Risk Management and Internal Control self-assessment Questionnaire and guide key units on self-assessment tools.
-To maintain accurate and organised recording systems, including incident reports, supporting evidences and correspondences.
-Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly risk report.
-Follow up with risk owners, update and monitor control activities to manage the reported risks.
-Perform risk audit on operating management processes to identify key risks.
-Assist in special audit assignments such as stock take, assets management, ESG, with focus on risk, risk indicators and data analysis.
-Assist in organising or conducting risk awareness workshop, training or sharing session for continuous improvement of risk culture and maturity.
-To regularly manage the users' access to Enterprise Risk Management System.
-To support any other duties by providing risk point of views.

; Requirements:- Education and Qualification
-A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as risk management, business, finance, or economics
-Candidate pursuing Risk management certifications like Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or
-Certified Risk Manager (CRM) can be beneficial for demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession
-Other relevant certifications may include Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CRMA (Certified Risk Management Auditor)
Relevant Experience and Years of Service
-Knowledge and interest in risk management
-Knowledge of governance, risk frameworks and internal control

Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge and Competencies
-Knowledge of risk frameworks and methodologies
-Good analytical, problem-solving skills and able to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-Good communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and able to manage stakeholder well
-Attention to detail and ability to manage and follow up multiple tasks simultaneously
-Knowledge and experience in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and risk management software
