Job ResponsibilityJob OverviewThe main task of the interpreter is handling professional calls (e.g insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese- speaking persons.This role involves complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business. âââResponsibilitiesConvey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes.Job RequirementsHighly proficient in both English & Mandarin & Cantonese (Plus Point)Have no issue to work on 24 hours rotational shift (Including 80% midnight shift, 20% day/afternoon shiftï¼Working schedule: 5 days/week on a rotational shift basisPossess a strong WIFI connection, and personal working space for the roleAble to work well under pressure.Possess a good communication skills.Intake Date: March 2024 (Cantonese speakers will be entitled for joining bonus RM 5000)Job BenifitsEPF, SOCSO, Medical, and Annual Leave where applicableTake home salary RM4,800 up to RM 5,500Working Location: Work from home (Permanently)
