In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Troubleshoot RF modules and analog circuit cards to component level & understanding BOMs, schematics, test procedures, troubleshooting guides, block diagrams, and theory of operation.
Test and calibrate products using various software, hardware, and automated test equipment.
Enhance daily on-time delivery (OTD) performance, reduce past due rates, and contribute to backlog reduction plans.
Ensure adherence to Quality Management System and company policies during repair operations.
Assemble and disassemble complex mechanical assemblies using work instructions, fixtures, and tools.
Provide technical feedback to Manufacturing and Design teams based on root cause analysis.
Maintain the RMA repair station, infrastructure, tools, and equipment.
Experience with RF test instruments like spectrum analyzers, power meters, and signal generators.
Make RF measurements, including power, noise and distortion, and S-parameter measurements.
Report repair data to R&D for product improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification & working experience
Debug experience and excellent problem solving techniques are essential
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Working experience in CCA manufacturing environment (e.g. SMT, Wave, etc)
Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in Solder Acceptances Requirements - IPC 610
Certified with component soldering technique/ skill set
Medically fit to lift instrument/ chassis averagely 30 pounds
Able to perform and deliver result under minimum level of supervision
