Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology)
Design and Development:Develop, test, and deploy robotic systems and solutions for automation. Design computer systems to integrate with robotic components. Create and refine software for control and operation of robots.
Programming and Control:Write and debug code for robotic systems, including PLC programming and real-time processing. Develop algorithms for machine learning, computer vision, and autonomous robotics. Work with CAD software to design mechanical and electrical systems.
Testing and Maintenance:Test robots and computer systems to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Conduct diagnostics and maintenance to troubleshoot issues in robotic systems. Calibrate and maintain sensors, actuators, and controllers.
Collaboration and Support:Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to optimize robotics applications. Provide technical support and training to operators on using robotic systems. Liaise with other departments to implement robotics solutions in manufacturing, healthcare, or other sectors.
Documentation and Reporting:Document system designs, processes, and technical specifications. Prepare reports on the performance, efficiency, and optimization of robotic systems. Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations in robotic applications.
