Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

1. To ensure that rooms are properly and thoroughly clean as per standards and procedures.2. To ensure that guest requests be met.3. To ensure all guest inquiries and/or requests are handled in a polite, courteous, and efficient manner.3. Dusts the room and furniture.4. Replenishes guest rooms and bath supplies.5. Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.9. Clean guest bathroom/bedrooM/Floor corridor.10. Responsible for replenishment if guest complimentary mineral water.11. To be fully conversant with all of the hotel facilities and their operating hours12. Follows closely with the key standards as established for day and evening Room Attendant 9) 13. To ensure that trolley is neat, tidy and well stocked at all times14. To attend any briefing/training as and when scheduled punctually15. Ensure a high level of product knowledge of hotel16. Complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's fire hygiene, health and safety regulations/policies.17.
