Room Attendant

About the role As a Room Attendant at THE CULVERT, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Kuching, Sarawak.
What you'll be doing Thoroughly clean and sanitise guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and all surfacesReplenish all necessary guest supplies and amenitiesEnsure rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and presentationReport any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping SupervisorAssist with deep cleaning and special projects as neededProvide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requestsWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality settingStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanlinessExcellent time management and organisational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
