About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Room Attendant to join the team at the Theatre Hotel Kuching. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, contributing to the overall exceptional guest experience at our hotel in the heart of Kuching, Sarawak.
What you'll be doing Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentationReplenishing linens, toiletries, and other room amenitiesReporting any maintenance or repair issues in guest roomsAdhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standardsProviding exceptional customer service to all hotel guestsAssisting with other housekeeping duties as requiredWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or room attendant role in a hotel or similar hospitality settingExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanlinessStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team membersAbility to work efficiently and effectively as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in spoken and written English
