Room Reservations Agent

This position requires candidate to be based at Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur Qualifications & experience Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills.Experience in handling room reservations.Front Desk DutiesStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills.Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage. Tasks & responsibilities Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of properties options.Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budget.Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers' desired travel dates.Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation, arrival, payment process.Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
