Route To Market Execution Executive (Northern Region)

Your responsibilities to support the respective pillars are:
Data Management and Analysis:
Collect market data via feedback and digital tools, maintaining an accurate database of outlets in the region.
Conduct periodic quality checks and analyze data to enhance sales and distribution processes.
Serve as the main contact for RTM implementations, facilitating communication with stakeholders.
Route Planning:
Perform Time and Motion surveys regularly to update outlet data and optimize route planning.
Use approved algorithms for periodic route optimization to improve productivity and efficiency.
Monitor compliance and effectiveness through the Pre-seller Journey Plan and provide corrective feedback.
Distributor and Wholesaler Management:
Track distributor performance, assessing key metrics like routes, inventory, and delivery efficiency.
Evaluate and improve RTM partners' infrastructure and financial capacity.
Develop and implement distributor training materials and manage agreement renewals.
Identify and assess potential Wholesaler Partners, coordinating with sales teams and providing updates on their performance.
You Are Required to Have:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in distribution and planning processes.
Diploma or degree in a business-related field.
Preferably has prior experience in FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of sales, delivery, and warehouse operations.
