An RTR (Record to Report) Accountant is responsible for managing the financial closing process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, performing reconciliations, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
They also support process improvements and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.

Description
Process and Innovation: Actively contribute to the improvement and development of processes and systems.
Continuously work to enhance the efficiency of processes within assigned areas.
Responsible for preparing IFRS-based Group reports and other financial documents.
Provide professional advice on accounting and reporting to Business Areas and the Finance team, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group standards, and the Business Code of Practice.
Address all queries in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Oversee the quality and timeliness of general ledger reconciliations and follow up on open items.
Ensure that group and other deadlines are consistently met.
Maintain the quality and timeliness of period-end closing for control purposes.
Escalate major issues or red flags to management as necessary.
Conduct monthly meetings with the local customer center before month-end closing.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain appropriate controls over accounting and reporting processes.
Ensure that standard operating procedures are regularly updated and maintained.
Support the training of new colleagues.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
Assist local entities and Holdings in fulfilling local statutory reporting requirements.
Work closely with the AtR team and coordinate with the PtP and OtC teams in the service center.
Profile
At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
A university degree in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to lead meetings, video and phone conferences, and presentations.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with major ERP systems (preferably with SAP exposure).
