Oversee Intangible Asset Accounting
Lead Period Close and Consolidation activities
Execute Product Cost Planning and Period-End Closing
Set Transfer Prices
Oversee Inventory Transfers
Prepare Financial Reports
Manage Intercompany Loans and MUR (Management Unit Reporting)
Account for Intercompany Recharges
Address Intercompany Out-of-Balance amounts
Value Inventory
Conduct Inventory Analysis and Reporting
Record Production-related Transactions
Lead and supervise a team of staff accountants, guiding their daily operations.
Establish and oversee controls and procedures for fixed assets, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, artist project accounting, and product costing.
Manage the month-end close process, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time.
Prepare and post journal entries for period-end closing and allocate overhead costs.
Conduct flux analysis, generate trial balances for review, and ensure submission for necessary approvals.
Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated external financial and regulatory reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, cash flow statements, and statutory reports.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Generate and review reports related to fixed assets, product costs, finished goods, and obsolescence.
Collaborate with the RTR Lead on various initiatives and projects.
ProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Over 5 years of accounting experience
Experience in a SOX-compliant environment
Expertise in conducting both internal and external audits
Skilled in flux analysis and SEC financial reporting
Familiar with SAP systems
Proficient in working with ERP systems
Background in Shared Service environments
