Job Description:  Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain a safe workplace environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Monitor and ensure compliance with KKKP requirements and other local safety and environmental standards.
Lead investigations into workplace accidents or incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure all employees understand and follow safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to safety protocols, incidents, and inspections.
Advise management on the implications of safety issues and how to improve safety measures.
Participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
Prepare reports and communicate safety performance to management.
Job Requirements: Minimum diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Health Management, or related fields.
Certified as a KKKP officer or experience in managing KKKP compliance .
Knowledge of local occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Proven experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train and engage employees on safety measures.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using safety management software and tools is an advantage.
Salary Range: From RM6000 to RM9000
