-Manage manpower record at site.
-Reporting the site personnel on CIDB card renewal and CIDB training.
-Conduct risk assessments and recommend safety measures.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
-Provide safety training and promote awareness.
-Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
-Foster a positive safety culture.
-Liaise with JKR and authorities and obtain necessary permits.
-Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
-Assist Project Manager on site and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

-Minimum two (2) years experience in construction industry.
-Willing to reallocate anywhere within Malaysia.
-Arrive at workplace at 7.30am everyday.
-Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for construction/substation/environment for both safety and administration.
-Good writing and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
-Have knowledge on:- >> OSH Legislations, >> Occupational Risk Assessment, >> Preparation of Safe Operating Procedure, >> Monitoring the effectiveness of control measures, >> Encouraging worker's participation, -Continuously improving to ensure sustained compliance to OSH Law.
-Keen intention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
-Proficiency in operating common office and site equipment.
-Valid driving license.
-Willingness to work irregular hours to accomplish urgent shipments and pending assignments, when required.
