**Primary Role**:The Safety & Compliance Supervisor provides oversight on all aspects of food safety compliance within our operations in Malaysia. Conducting Quality (ISO 22000), HSE & Compliance inspection of all accounts and monitoring compliance to local regulations, food codes, and internal Standard Operating Procedures. Act as the project lead for all certifications and processes such as Halal, ISO & HACCP.**Essential Functions**:**QUALITY, HSE, COMPLIANCE**: Site Visits - on average, spend (travel) 60% of time Performing food safety, quality & HSEC Inspections while training onsite teams in these areas at all operations of CK Malaysia. Communication - Must have excellent communication skills that include reading, writing, and speaking as this role requires a high level of interaction with staff, clients & various levels of management.**Responsibilities & Requirements**:- Actively lead, manage and report all incidents in line with company SOPs Perform onsite inspections and continually observe and intervene in the event of any unsafe observation- Be the focal point for all CAR reports for Malaysia including the issuance and closeout- Learn and display a high level of working knowledge with our SOPs- Develop or assist in developing HSEC relevant SOPs- Take ownership and liaise with clients for all Safety related queries and requests- HSEC focal point for all local operations, head office, and management Onsite inspections with a target of 2 accounts per week- Incident investigation, follow-up, and preparation of CAIR Reports in the event the client requests an official report- Create, follow-up, and closeout corrective actions on iAuditor on time- Create, follow-up, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions that are derived from incident investigations- Becoming familiar with statutory legislation, common law, and codes of practice relating to Health, Safety, Food Safety & international food safety best practices- Liaising as required with local health ministries as needed- Maintain and update all ISO, food safety, quality, audit & HSEQ records as required- Oversee development of Training programs and maintenance of the Training system (digital) - Be the administrator for the Talent LMS (E-learning) platform- Report all HSEQ & Internal Audit performance metrics, Continuous Improvement plans, KPI's, etc. routinely- Be the focal point to provide guidance and support in achieving certifications such as Halal, ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System), HACCP (Hazard Acceptability Critical Control Point) & ISO 45001 (Safety Management Systems) as applicable- Monitor OM inspections & coordinate with the Operations Director - Malaysia to ensure all accounts are inspected- Continually drive Continuous Improvement into all aspects of HSEQ**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
