Safety Coordinator

Independently conduct regular safety inspections and audits at various locations to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.Manage SHE legal databases (DOE-MyPremis), (DOSH – MyKKP), BOMBA (E-Premis) according to the needs and expectations of the interested parties.Fire Protection: Handles all fire protection related activities such as quarterly inspections with vendors, ensuring all equipment is in proper operating condition, participating in management staff during routine visits and audits by officials, updating fire protection paperwork, fire suppression systems, related Machinery in JKKP etc.Work with company-certified suppliers for waste disposal of all chemicals. Make sure waste is disposed of every 6 months.Coordinate and lead safety training sessions (first aid, hearing tests, use of fire protection systems, etc.) to ensure employees are up to date on the latest health and safety practices and procedures.Maintain up-to-date safety documentation including incident reports, injury investigations, inspection logs and training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.Oversee the maintenance and readiness of safety equipment, conduct physical inspections and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.Safety Committee: Works with the safety committee or team to resolve safety issues, implement safety initiatives, and promote employee participation in safety efforts.Assist admin department job from your superior.
