Through this program, apprentices will enable the organization to achieve its business strategy of building a talent pipeline for future vacancies.
Ensure and provide technical support to factory operations on legal and Nestlé SHE compliance, risk management and control, incident management and performance, and development of a strong safety culture.
You will be the perfect candidate to rise to the challenges in this exciting role if you meet the following attributes:
Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.
CGPA of 3.2 and above.
A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Interest in having hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months.
