Description
Conduct workplace inspection and identify/assess hazards, risks, and control measures for a specific operation or process.
Assess and document hazards, risks, and control in a manner consistent with established procedures and practices.
Maintain and ensure all records are completed and filed for all inspections, audits, or exercises.
Maintain liaison with relevant authorities and interested parties related to OHS.
Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior when required.
