Job Responsibilities:To create safety awareness and carry out safety meetings, fire drill exercises, safety inductions, and safety training for existing and new employees.
Chairing monthly SHE committee meetings.
To implement and monitor aspects of Safety Management System activities in the workplace.
To observe and maintain a diary detailing safety activities, hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instructions, etc.
To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company's policy including Safety and ISO standards.
To provide assistance for safety before and during internal/external audits by ensuring all related documents at the site are updated.
To monitor and manage PMA / PMT renewal.
Job Requirements:Familiarity with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other related OSH regulations.
At least 4 years of working experience in OSH.
Preferred candidates from retail/logistics industries.
Willingness to travel locally if required.
Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
