About Our Client My client is a renowned manufacturer within the rubber industry. They are expanding their plant and seeking for a potential talent to be part of their team.
Job Description Aid in the development, execution, and continuous enhancement of EHS programs. Plan, create, deliver, and coordinate comprehensive EHS training for employees, contractors, and visitors. Promote safe behavior, identify and report unsafe conditions and incidents, and actively engage in the EHS Proactive Reporting System. Ensure the presence of an effective injury prevention plan to consistently enhance safety performance. Ensure ongoing adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Assist in communicating with local authorities (e.g., DOE, DOSH, BOMBA). Work with project and engineering teams to design, install, and maintain new or modified equipment and processes to effectively manage EHS risks. Perform risk assessments with the plant team and enforce preventive measures. Implement and oversee best practices in safe management. Supervise the Fire Protection System in the plant. Follow any other directives from Operations/EHS Leadership concerning EHS matters or other related duties. The Successful Applicant At least a diploma in occupational safety and health, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 experiences as safety and health practitioner in manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge in EHS regulations and Competency in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control.
