Safety & Health Manager

The Safety & Health Manager will lead on safety issues at the project site.
This position reports to the Deputy General Manager (QMS & Safety) and is based in Labuan.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure safety briefings at the site are conducted properly.
Prepare and submit related safety reports.
Update safety policy as per new requirements from OHSAS.
Prepare safety manual.
Brief and update internal staff and/or subcontractor workers on safety matters.
Oversee the availability of workmanship and personal protection equipment for all staff and workers.
Ensure compliance with HIRARC and Safety Risk Control for the project site.
Set standards for Safety & Health Management System benefits.
Ensure adherence to Environmental requirements and regulations.
Implement and maintain the anti-bribery management system to address the organization's bribery risks.
Minimum QualificationsDiploma or bachelor's degree or highest qualification with or without experience in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in safety in construction or a related field.
Competent person as a Certified Safety Health Officer (Green Book Holder).
Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Knowledge of QESH & Anti-Bribery related legal requirements and implementations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
