Safety & Health Officer

Responsibilities: Plan and conduct safety trainings to staff, contractors etc.Carry out regular safety inspection to ensure safe work methods and maintenance of safety and health requirementsConduct weekly/monthly safety committee meetings and conduct periodic safety audit at site to ensure safety compliance Investigate all injuries and review accident reports, analyse and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of similar incidentsEnsure compliance with permit to work procedures requirementsIdentify and mitigate construction hazards and effectively communicate safety protocols and expectations to all levels of personnelRequirements: Minimum Diploma/Professional Certificate approved by DOSH/NIOSHMS Projects, Ms. Excel, WordMust have NIOSH Green Book registered with JKKPAt least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in constructionRequired language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishProactively address and resolve safety issues at siteSuccessful candidate will be based in Pontian, Johor Bahru
