Safety Health Officer (Sho)

What you'll be doing Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresConducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazardsProviding training and guidance to employees on safety best practices and regulationsInvestigating and reporting on incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implementing corrective actionsLiaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislationPromoting a strong safety culture and actively encouraging employee engagement in safety initiativesMaintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental mattersTo handle CLQ & site logisticWhat we're looking for Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Safety Health Officer or in a similar role within the construction industryStrong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices relevant to the construction sectorExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levelsProficiency in using safety management software and technologyRelevant health, safety, or environmental certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or IOSH)Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approachWilling to travel/ relocate.
