Responsibilities:Responsible for day safety activities in construction site by work closely with contractor team and ensure that they are fully comply with our safety policy and standard.
Advise and implementation of new or existing EHS related legislation, rules and regulations company in standards that compliance to DOSH, DOE, JTK and CIDB.
Perform a work permit check with a proper risk assessment.
Supervise, monitor the site labour force and make safety actions on construction sites.
To liaise with relevant authorities (e.g.
DOSH).
Review a SHE report, daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Advise management at all levels of health and safety and environmental compliance matters.
Ensure every job site is in full compliance with all safety regulations.
Evaluate and perform risk assessments, site audit and site inspections adherence to the law.
Prepare periodic accident summaries and lost time report for the project site.
Requirements:Knowledge of OSHA, local safety laws, and other regulatory agencies.
At least 5 years of experience in the construction safety space.
Possess with green book by DOSH & CIDB Green Card is must.
Competency in Scaffolding level 1 is added advantage.
Good communication skills, both in written and verbal communication.
Experience working on commercial or civil construction projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
