Kelayakan:Mempunyai Sijil Kehadiran Pegawai Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerja (SHO) dengan 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang berkaitan.Tanggungjawab1. To attend daily online site meeting with client and to assist Operation Manager on daily operational activities at Infineon.2. To do daily toolbox briefing to ensure about the work safety or any matters regarding all site activities.To overseeing workers on safety procedures and practices to prevent injuries or accidents.Coordinating on first aid treatment and medical evacuation in cases of serious injury or illness.To do Inspection to the site for potential hazards that may cause harm to people or damage to property.To analyzed and to prepare work hazard before starting any hi-rise schedule activities.Maintaining accurate records of accident data and near-miss incidents, which can be used to identify problem areas and create solutions.8. To provides quality leadership to the team. Part of their work includes effective delegation of roles and responsibilities based on each team member's strengths.9. To collects and analyses data related to work processes, to help improve operation manager decision-making.10. To ensure all staff to work on proper safety condition to avoid any injuries.11. To report to client IFKM if any accident happened to Harta Maintenance workers.12.
