Responsibilities:Implement OSHA guidelines relating to occupational safety and health to prevent injury or illness to employees, contractors, guests and visitors for both Coway HQ and Branches.
Heading the quarterly workplace safety meetings at HQ in coordination with the safety committee.
Preparing reports to analyse and maintain statistics on any accident/incident.
Ensuring safety documents are kept and maintained for 7 years including safety and health activities, incidents, training, and inspections.
Preparing and submitting safety and health reports to regulatory authorities as required by Malaysian laws and regulations (MYKKP).
Performing HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) assessments to identify potential workplace hazards, assess associated risks, and establish strategies for hazard mitigation.
Lead investigations of workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine their root causes and recommend preventive measures.
Managing safety inspections and audits to assess safety standards, identify deficiencies, and outline corrective actions.
Assisting and supporting the Learning & Development team in providing content for e-learning.
Ensuring branch compliance with safety requirements by reviewing it in safety committee meetings and analysing weekly safety reports.
Requirements:Bachelor in Occupational Safety and Health, engineering field or any equivalent education/experience.
Minimum 4 years' experience in safety and health, preferably exposure in construction industry or electrical safety.
Experience with ISO 45001 implementation.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
Familiar with online safety, privacy, and expression matters.
Good data analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
