Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with company policies, including proper documentation and record-keeping.
Support the HSE Lead in Emergency Management Plans, conduct trials, and assess site effectiveness.
Assist in internal and external audits and maintain standardized safety induction packages for contractors and employees.
Conduct LOD 1 and PTW L2 & 3 audits.
Manage record-keeping according to NRD requirements.
Partner with LSB Leads in conducting Risk Assessments (HAZID) and updating the Risk Hazard Register for non-routine activities and projects.
Support hazard reporting systems, recommend risk control measures, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain training needs analysis and skills matrix for Supply Chain Delivery HSE training.
Review and analyze SHE statistics and trends, fostering a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety practices and company policies.
Evaluate, develop, and train staff to meet operational demands.
Qualifications:
Valid DOSH Yellow Book.
Diploma in HSE or Engineering; a degree is preferred.
Shell PTW Management Certified (Coordinator).
Knowledge of Shell Frontline Barrier Management (FLBM).
Expertise in Emergency Response, with certification as the Chief Warden for LSB.
Working Experience:
At least 3 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in Supply Base operations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels, both physically and virtually.
Well-versed in supply base, logistics, and project operations.
Fluent in Malay and English, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
