Sale Assistant Supervisor - Bayan Lepas Penang

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with inquiries about Maxis products, services, and promotions.
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Offer basic troubleshooting support for devices and services.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for every customer.
Sales and Promotions:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Maxis products, including mobile plans, broadband, and accessories.
Promote current promotions, bundles, and add-on services.
Encourage upgrades and cross-selling opportunities to meet sales targets.
Store Operations and Maintenance:
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Ensure that product displays and promotional materials are updated and visually appealing.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product tracking.
Administrative and Technical Support:
Process transactions using the store's POS (Point of Sale) system, including cash, card, and e-payment methods.
Handle paperwork, such as sales agreements, service activations, and warranty claims.
Ensure accurate customer data entry for new registrations and account updates.
Work closely with team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming activities to improve store performance.
Key Skills and Qualities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A customer-focused and friendly attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic understanding of mobile and broadband technologies.
Familiarity with sales systems and procedures (training provided).
Compensation:
Basic salary RM1600, can go up to RM2000 including commission.
