Sale Executive (Freight Forwarding, Ocean)

Company OverviewWe are partnering with a Japanese freight forwarding company. It is a subsidiary of the Japanese railway holding company. Looking to bring in a sales executive to join their team.Job Description:Implement the marketing strategy for the Sea-freight business, including developing effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth in line with the Regional Office target set.Proactively seek out new revenue-generating opportunities with existing customers and potential new customers.Proactively seek out new liners business cooperation with more competitive pricing. Follow up on all sales leads generated.Understand customer requirements and work with the Sea-freight Office Manager/Site Manager for accommodation and fulfillment.Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.Manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims, and activities.Job Requirements:Diploma/Degree in any related discipline.Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Seafreight or Logistics.Proficient in spoken and written English as well as Bahasa Malay.
