Sales Account Manager

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to cultivate and grow relationships with existing clients, identify new opportunities within those accounts, and ultimately increase sales revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of Information Technology.
This role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities: -Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for expansion and increased revenue.
-Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
-Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
-Understand client needs and challenges, providing solutions and recommendations tailored to their specific requirements.
-Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., presales, marketing, product development, support and delivery) to ensure seamless client experience.
-Accurately forecast sales and provide regular updates on account progress.
-Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
-Proactively manage client issues and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
-Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress in CRM system.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

-3-5 years of proven experience in a sales account management role, ideally within the IT industry.
-Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
-Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
