ResponsibilitiesDevelop business opportunities with the objective of achieving personal and group sales targets on a quarterly basis.
Responsible for the quarterly quota business growth of channel sales.
Work closely with channel partners and pre-sales to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
Conduct training, seminars, and presentations to channel partners.
Liaise closely with the Technical Team on design and delivery schedules and closure of sales.
Understand customer requirements and formulate proposed solutions with assistance from the professional services team.
Develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers/channel partners.
Ensure all proposal requests are delivered within stipulated quality, timeframe, and expectations, and actively contribute towards project/account strategy and sales for our solutions, ensuring high quality of deliverables.
Build close rapport and synergy with other support units and company customers.
Job RequirementsAt least a Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering, or any business-related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in sales is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Effective team collaboration and adaptability to dynamic environments.
