Sales Admin Assistant

?Responsibilities: Responsible in generating invoices, CN, claims and commissions, etc.Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.Maintaining other claims processing procedures.Communicate with principle and sales supervisor to obtain all of the data & information necessary to process claims.Ensure claims submission is submit on time.To do report analysis on total group claims by monthlyAny ad hoc tasks when required.
