Sales Admin Assistant

-Perform customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries.
-Provide administrative support.
-Prepare sales related report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-Responsible to prepare PRODUCT CODE CREATION FORM,PRODUCT MATRIX, Packing Information as and when required.
-Prepare aging stocks report for OEM exclusive item and get logistics to proceed with Prebill.
-Obtain Production output information and update to sales team and upper management.
-Follow up and monitor all samples preparation status with NPD team to ensure samples submission to meet customer deadlines.
-Arrange company driver to deliver sample and pick up samples from customer.
-Arrange the samples dispatch by DHL courier/truck and monitor its status.
-Coordinate and performs activities associated of tiles cutting with logistics, warehouse and cutting factory.
-Check & verify cutting factory invoices before submitting to Finance for payment.
-Documentation – maintain good documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, completeness, correctness, and accessibility of the documentation.
