Job Responsibilities
- Support the management on administrative duties.
- Assist with general paperwork, documentation, and filing.
- Handle office tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, and data entry.
- Provide administration support to the sales team, including follow-up with customers and other customer matters.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
- Enjoy meeting people and possess good communication and negotiation skills.
- Training will be provided for newcomers.
- Working days are Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm), Saturday (9 am to 1 pm).
