ResponsibilitiesRecord customer order forms into the system.
Ensure Sales Consultants complete all documents related to loan submission and registration in the booking file and order form, fully filled and duly signed.
Generate insurance and process new registrations in the company and MYSIKAP system.
Provide Sales Consultants with information and solutions related to vehicle sales to meet their needs and desires.
Handle all documentation related to vehicle sales in the sales office.
Prepare and generate monthly reports and monitor the renewal of vehicle road tax and insurance.
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Prepare and maintain proper records and files of all customers.
Monitor and ensure timely disbursement from end-financer.
Follow up on progress billings, collections, and ensure adherence to the stipulated time-frame.
Arrange PUSPAKOM Inspection.
Liaise with JPJ / PUSPAKOM regarding any related issues.
Monitor, plan, and liaise with the Finance department regarding MYSIKAP and excise fund.
Prepare invoices for the bank and customers (key-in into the system).
Liaise with the stock controller regarding vehicle stock and allocation.
Prepare all memos related to the Sales department (refunds, endorsements, etc.).
RequirementsMinimum SPM or equivalent with automotive-related experience.
Preferably with some working experience in administration, stock handling, and customer service.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Committed and resourceful.
Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
Independent and able to work under pressure.
Ability to multi-task effectively and adhere to deadlines.
