Sales Admin Assistant

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to join our accounts & finance team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a passion for supporting the financial operations of a dynamic poultry farm.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.Assist in preparing daily and monthly financial reports, Complete daily job tasks and monthly reporting within the given time.Perform daily accounting clerical worksProcess invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial documentation. Qualifications: Diploma or certificate in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills. Prefer minimum 1 year accounting experience, but fresh graduate also encourages to apply.
